We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
  • Products purchased on sale, clearance, or special promotions (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Any item returned after the 7-day return window

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take quality control seriously. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be entertained

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement of the product
  • Full refund, including shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Store credit, if preferred by the customer

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach photos/videos if the item is damaged or defective

Important: Do not send any product back without prior confirmation, as it may not be accepted.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • The wrong item was delivered

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, a reattempt may be arranged
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts
  • Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may be subject to a deduction of shipping costs

To maintain fair usage of our policy:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for customers with repeated return abuse
  • Suspicious or fraudulent claims may be investigated before approval
